about Zandigan

Zandigan Restoration & Architecture Consulting Engineers has been officially launched since 2002. As the name implies, the company's activities are in both fields of architecture and restoration. During these years, Zandigan Consulting Engineers has designed and supervised over 200 residential projects as well as a number of cultural and recreational spaces, such as the new Hosseiniyeh Ershad’s library and Enghelab Complex’s food court. They have also worked on the restoration of historical monuments such as the Chalapyoglu Monastery, the Mahidasht Caravanserai, the Salar Bathhouse, the Central Mosque of Semnan, Mozzafari Palace of Oushan, Bayazid Bastami Complex and the design of Bayazid Bastami’s tomb.

In 2009, Zandigan Consulting Engineers published the book "The Experience of Renovation & Restoration of Chalapyoglu Monastery" which won the Season’s Book Award. This book is now a reliable reference for scholars and students in this professional field. Other experiences include publishing the books “Architecture of Components” and "Motive in Miniature". The Architecture of Components is a collection of architectural details that have been designed and implemented in Zandigan Company’s projects for the past 15 years and has obtained a special rating in the third periodicity of the Architecture and Urban Book Award. The restoration and renovation project of the Tofighi House in Zanjan, along with 8 other restoration projects, won Aga Khan Foundation’s joint award of New Life in the Old framework, in year 2002.

The members of Zandigan`s board of directors are Mohammad Reza Nikbakht, Shahram Behzadian, Keyvan Varghani, Mojtaba Fathi and Yasser Moosa Pour.
