Ilia Dream House Co, was established in 2010 in the construction field, and with a knowledge that was leading at the time. In line with the evolution of its function Dream House started importing many luxury building products such as ceramics and porcelain, mixers and showers, sanitary wares, glass mosaics, radiators, towel warmers, Jacuzzi and bath tubs from European world-class brands and gained 15 years of experience in this field.  

Ilia Dream House Co., located in Tehran’s Niavaran region, is the official distributor of famous European construction related brands including IB, Kerasan, Laminam, Florim, Treesse, Claeido, and Inbani and provides unique services to dear customers in an area of 600 m2.

We differentiate our viewpoint with the difference in the presentation of products into two luxury and economic groups and define our range of services with the goal of expanding our variety of choices.

What we call our slogan, and based on this principle, have attracted and kept many valuable customers parallel with our successes for many years, is to provide sincere services at any moment and in accordance with international standards.

IBRUBINETTI

IB is the story of a family. The company was established in 1980 in the field of designing and producing mixers and related accessories. This brand was founded by Elio and Antonella and by cooperation of famous Italian designers such as Antonio Gardoni ،Federico Castelli, Davide Bregoli, Camilla Marioni and Elio Bregoli continues its activity.
The brand’s collection includes a variety of faucets and mixers for consuls and bath tubs, bathtub filler mixers, a variety of showers for installing on walls or ceilings and kitchen mixers, for economic and luxury projects. The company offers a 10-year warranty to its customers.
 

KERASAN

KERASAN is one of the leading companies in the ceramics center of Civita Castellana. Founded in 1960, the company specializes in the production of fine sanitary wares, bathroom fixtures and collections complete with furnishings, accessories and fittings. The company offers classic, modern and artsy designs suitable for any space and with cooperation of famous designers such as Marc Sadler, Cicconi, Alfredo Anzellini, and Romano Adelini. 

FLORIM

Florim Company was established in 1960 by Giovanni Lucchese in Italy. The company has gradually turned into one big and advanced company by gaining subsets such as “Rex”, and keeping in sync with ever growing ceramic industry and technology. 
Rex’s collections include porcelain, leather, wood, marble, and stone ceramics for floor and wall, in 60 * 60 / 60 * 120 / 80 * 80 / 80 * 180 / 80 * 240 / 120 * 240 / 160 * 320 dimensions and with a thicknesses of 6 - 10 mm.  
 

INBANI

Inbani Company started its professional activity in year 2004. This company cooperates with designers such as Arik Levy ، Francese Rife ، Norm Architects in designing collections of lightings, sanitary ware, mixers, bath tub, consuls and accessories. This company has succeeded in gaining many credible wards for its unique minimal designs. 

TREESSE

Gruppo Treesse was founded almost forty years ago by its current president, Francesco Merenda, who bought up a company specialized in marketing bathroom decor and accessories. His grit and foresight immediately led him to take on the challenge of manufacturing bathroom furnishings, at first on a small scale and later an industrial one. The turning point came in the late ‘80s: from furnishings, Gruppo Treesse moved into the production of bathtubs, which are still its core business, along with multifunctional shower cabins and mini pools.
