Jahangir Bagherli was born in 1962 in Tehran. He graduated with a master's degree in architecture from Tehran university “faculty of Fine Arts” in 1998. He became a member of the board of “Adak Consultant“ and from 2004 became an active member of Masoumeh Holy shrine Strategic Council in project development. As a designer he worked from 1991 to 2002 with several consultant firms, including “Ivan Hasht Behesht”, and “Arg_e_Bam Consultants”. He was invited to work with the design team with Darab Diba for Iranian embassy in Berlin, in 2000.
In 2006 he founded “Soo Architectur Studio” along with “Titi Vakili” and colleagues. Architect Titi Vakili has also elevated her professional and career status, based on dedication and research.

He received the special design award for the development of Imam Reza and Masoumeh Holy Shrines. In addition, in co-operation with Arg-e-Bam Consultants in 1991 to 2001, he has received the special design award for” Qibla Square “in Mashhad and also became the selected winner of the Memar Award for Residential Houses in Darband . Jahangir Bagherli is recognized today as one of the most prominent architects of the country.
