Beulah International Company proposed a mixed-use lifestyle precinct of over 220,000 sqm with 23,000 sqm of public programs located in 118 CITY ROAD, SOUTHBANK, MELBOURNE. It will play host to luxury apartments, commercial offices, 5-star hotel, an entertainment center, technological display centers (including BMW Experience Centre), world class retail, cultural precinct and public green spaces.
