The Leeza Soho Tower with a total area of 172800 square meters is the latest collaboration between Zaha Hadid Architecture (ZHD) and Soho China Company. The tower, with a height of 207 meters and 47 floors, is located in the heart of Beijing and is scheduled to be completed by September 2018.
This tower is divided into two parts, and the new metro tunnels in Beijing passes through both sides of the tower.
As the tower's height increases, the rotation of the tower's main structure increases and the rotation angle reach 45 degrees, expanding the amount of natural light entered, and creating a good view of each floor and for each unit.
In the center of the building, there are hallways for business offices that connect two parts of the building at the height of 190-meter, which will be the "tallest atrium in the world".
The prominent architect of the project, Zaha Hadid, had designed the tower, based on environmental and time conditions, to reduce building energy consumption and emit greenhouse gases.
