Ayala Triangle Garden Tower Two is a groundbreaking mixed-use development in the Makati Central Business District of the Philippines. Two new towers rise from the corner of one of Makati’s most important public parks, bringing new green spaces, retail, dining, offices, and a hotel to the city's vibrant business district. The two towers—a 40-story office building and a 23-story luxury hotel—are slender, gently curved structures that respond to the triangular site. Integrating architecture and structural engineering, Ayala Triangle Gardens North employs cutting-edge features and building systems to reduce water consumption, energy use, and waste. This ambitious project seeks to revitalize the district by establishing a new cultural hub.
On the north side of the triangle, the taller tower defines the street edge with a metal and glass facade that reflects the dynamic energy of this major intersection. A folding canopy extends outward from the tower to form a carport and drop-off area along Paseo de Roxas. Within the podium, a four-story atrium is the centerpiece of a new pedestrian network. Underground walkways create access from the park to the residential and commercial areas above. The design encourages walkability and safety, without impeding the flow of vehicular traffic on the streets above.
