Dizin International Ski Resort
Dizin is not only the most important ski resort in Iran, but also the most reputable one in the Middle East. Located in northern Tehran, this resort is the first ski resort in Iran which is approved by the International Ski Federation for organizing official tournament and has become internationally recognized.
Darbandsar Ski Resort
Darbandsar is the only ski resort in Iran that is equipped with snow maker machines and has hosted several tournaments for International Ski Association. This complex also has chairlifts, télésiège, cable cars, restaurants and ski school.
Tochal Ski Resort
Tochal is the closest and most crowded ski resort in Tehran. It is located in Shemiranat, at the end of Velenjak Street, 3 km away from Tajrish Square. It has 3 lines of cable cars and 3 chairlift lines and also a linear telescope, which generally reaches 7,500 meters in length.
Pooladkaf Ski Resort
This ski resort is the second largest international ski resort in Iran, and is located in Sepidan City, 85 km away from Shiraz. Pooladkaf is operatiobal in four seasons of the year and is 2850 meters above sea level.
Shemshak Ski Resort
Shemshak Ski Resort is 57 km away from the north-east of Tehran and is considered as part of Shemiran region. Its height varies from 3050 meters to 2550 meters throughout the complex and is one of the international ski resorts in Iran equipped with cable cars, chairlifts, ski traps and projectors.
Khoshaku Ski Resort
Khoshaku Ski Resort is located 30 km west of Urumia, in Rajan area. In addition to its ideal location for snow skiing in the cold season, this resort is also used for grass skiing in spring and summer.
Kakan Ski Resort (Dena)
Kakan is the name of the most snow-capped ski resort in the south of Iran, located 18 kilometers away from the city of Yasuj. The resort is 1500 meters long and 600 meters wide; hence, it is considered as a vast ski resort in Iran.
