2021 Ferrari New Portofino M

The Ferrari Portofino is a grand touring sports car produced by the Italian automotive manufacturer Ferrari. It is a two-door 2+2 hard top convertible. The car is named after the village of Portofino in northern Italy and the car succeeds the company's previous V8 grand tourer, the California T. 2020 Ferrari Roma coupe is based on the Portofino. The Portofino M is the latest version of the marque’s 2+ GT spider, and it was unveiled in Ferrari’s first-ever live online reveal for a car. The new Portofino appends an M, which means “Modificata” and that M is all about evolution, most apparent in the car’s boosted power and performance, and also in its exterior and interior design. Portofino M creates its own characteristic with its more sporty and aggressively designed front bumpers compared to the previous member of the series. Note that the M model, which has more compact dimensions than its predecessor Portofino, comes with a racing mode that further improves its handling and traction, and this mode is supported by the Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer.

The Ferrari Portofino M’s engine belongs to the V8 turbo family voted “International Engine of the Year” on four consecutive occasions. A total of 612 horsepower is at the driver's disposal, up from 592 hp in the outgoing Portofino model, and a twin-turbo 3.9-liter V8 still provides the motivation. The seven-speed dual-clutch transmission also retires, with an eight-speed dual-clutch unit taking its place. It needs 3.45 seconds to hit 62 mph (100 km/h) from a standstill and will do 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) in 9.8 seconds before topping out at more than 199 mph (320 km/h). It will cost from € 206,000 when it comes to the European market in the second quarter of 2021. Pricing for the model in North America, where it will arrive later, has yet to be announced.
